GE-Proton 11-10 fixes Arknights: Endfield anti-cheat and controller FPS drops

GE-Proton 11-10 is out for Steam Deck and Linux, adding compatibility fixes for Arknights: Endfield's ACE anti-cheat and resolving a controller detection bug that cut Path of Exile from over 200 FPS to about 50 FPS. The release also improves HDR detection in KDE Plasma and updates Wine, DXVK and VKD3D-Proton.
