Chrome DevTools MCP adds get_css_styles tool for AI agents

Google highlighted get_css_styles, a tool in the open-source Chrome DevTools MCP server that connects AI coding assistants to a running browser. It exposes matched and overridden CSS rules, inheritance, pseudo-elements and animations with source locations. The feature shipped in v1.10.0 on September 23, 2026.
