Atlassian to charge $1 per AI agent resolution in CSM

From 3 December 2026 Atlassian's Customer Service Management AI agent will bill $1.00 per resolution from the first one, with no included allowance on any plan. The meter applies only to CSM; Jira Service Management's self service agent instead consumes 10 Rovo credits per reply.
