Java roundup: JDK 28 JEPs, Azul Payara release, 38 Apache Camel CVEs

Three JEPs (543, 545, 546) advanced to Targeted for JDK 28: Structured Concurrency, faster ZGC startup and adaptive heap sizing. Azul Payara 7.5.0, Gatherers4j 0.15.0, Yupiik Fusion 1.2.0 and Google ADK for Java and Kotlin shipped. Apache Camel resolved 38 CVEs, 13 rated HIGH, with 28 found by Claude under Project Glasswing.
