Microsoft redesigns Search and Photos in Windows 11

Microsoft rolled out a major Windows 11 update: rebuilt Search and Photos apps on WinUI3, a taskbar that can move to the sides, and 2GB of active data kept in RAM. The features are live in the Insider beta and will ship to all users later this year.
