Facebook lets users steer its algorithm with plain-language requests

Meta launched Your algorithm, letting users describe in their own words what they want to see more or less of in Feed and Reels. Large language models parse the text and combine it with existing signals like likes and comments to update recommendations in real time. Meta did not give a rollout schedule by country.
