Grafana Tempo 3.1 adds query-based trace redaction

Grafana Tempo 3.1, released September 30, 2026, introduces redaction by query: instead of enumerating trace IDs, you pass a TraceQL query and Tempo removes every matching trace. Only flat equality filters on resource.* and span.* joined by && or || are supported, and redaction is irreversible and drops the entire trace.
