XRP Ledger AI Starter Kit v1.1 adds open standards support

XRP Ledger released version 1.1 of its AI Starter Kit for building agentic payments. It adds support for the Open Wallet Standard and Tempo and Stripe's Machine Payments Protocol, a local xrpl-up CLI and an XRPL DEX trading skill.

• OWS support: single encrypted wallet ~/.ows/ for all networks
• MPP: XRP settlements in 3-5 seconds with fees under a cent
• XRPL payment channels: over 100,000 signed vouchers per second
• 5.6 million X402 transactions on XRPL since launch
