Grafana MCP connects Claude Code to dashboards and metrics

Grafana Labs released an official MCP server for Claude Code that lets the agent search dashboards, run PromQL against Prometheus and LogQL against Loki, and read alert rules and incidents. It supports self-hosted Grafana 9.0+ and Grafana Cloud, is open source under Apache 2.0, and takes about 5 minutes to set up.

• Read-only mode is enabled with the --disable-write flag
• Extra datasources are enabled via --enabled-tools
