SurrealDB replaces RocksDB with Rust-based SurrealKV 1.0

SurrealDB released SurrealKV 1.0, an open-source persistent storage engine written in Rust under Apache 2.0. With synchronous durability it delivers 7.95x faster point reads than RocksDB and 73.7x faster than SlateDB, and will be the only storage engine in SurrealDB 4.
