One UI 9 restores auto-hide taskbar on Samsung tablets

One UI 9 brings back the option to automatically hide the taskbar on Samsung tablets, which disappeared in One UI 8. In standalone DeX the setting hides both the taskbar and status bar, while external-display DeX hides only the taskbar. Samsung also adds left, center, and right positioning for the regular tablet taskbar.
