Canonical ships official Ubuntu desktop images for RISC-V
Canonical is now building official riscv64 desktop images for Ubuntu 26.10, with experimental GNOME and Xubuntu ISOs for SpacemiT K3 boards. The builds are unsupported for now, snaps like App Center aren't RISC-V ready, and the final release is set for October 15, 2026.
