Googlebook OS runs on Apple Silicon Macs via unofficial VM
The open-source gbos-vm project lets Apple Silicon Mac owners run Googlebook OS in a QEMU-based virtual machine with GPU acceleration via MoltenVK and Metal. It requires 16GB of RAM, 60GB of free storage and developer tools, and the developer advises against daily use.
