ASML to Raise EUV and DUV Spare Parts Prices by 10% From January 2027
ASML will charge 10% more for all replacement parts in its EUV and DUV machines starting January 2027, aiming to match the profit margins of Samsung and SK hynix amid the DRAM shortage. Both memory makers have reportedly agreed, and Chinese DUV buyers will also pay the higher prices.
