TSMC Reportedly Targets 110,000 Monthly 2nm Wafers by Mid 2027

TSMC will raise 2nm wafer capacity from about 90,000 per month in late 2026 to about 110,000 by mid-2027, a 22% increase, according to supply chain sources. 3nm output will rise from about 180,000 to about 210,000 wafers per month, with part of the gain from its Arizona fab.
