Idemia launches MFACE Gen2 face biometrics scanner for border checks

Idemia Public Security has released the next generation of its MFACE face biometrics scanner for traveler identification. The MFACE Gen2 adds 3D multi-face tracking, presentation attack detection and encrypted communications; over 3,000 MFACE units are already deployed at borders worldwide.
