LocalStack launches local Azure emulator in public preview

LocalStack has opened public access to an Azure emulator that runs cloud services locally without a live subscription. It supports AKS, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Service Bus and Key Vault, plus deployment via ARM, Bicep and Terraform. The preview is free, with pricing to be announced at GA expected in early 2027.
