Automation Anywhere to acquire conversational AI firm Boost.ai

Automation Anywhere said on October 7, 2026, that it agreed to acquire enterprise conversational AI company Boost.ai from Nordic Capital. The deal is expected to close in Q4 2026 pending regulatory approvals, marking its second AI acquisition in a year after Aisera.
