Vertiv to acquire data center fluid management firm King Environmental Services

Vertiv has agreed to acquire Ireland-based King Environmental Services (KES), which provides fluid management, commissioning and load-testing services for liquid-cooled data centers. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the deal is expected to close before the end of the year, expanding Vertiv's thermal management services into EMEA.
