Civo: 73% of IT leaders call sovereignty a priority, but only 15% act

At Civo Navigate in London, experts debated digital sovereignty: 73% of 1,000 surveyed IT leaders call it a strategic priority, yet only 15% have moved from US hyperscalers to sovereign domestic providers. The share planning to deepen hyperscaler ties rose from 12% to 28%.
