Collibra Acquires Trail ML to Automate AI Governance

Collibra announced the acquisition of Munich-based Trail ML on October 5, 2026. The deal adds agent-powered automation, continuous assessment and runtime enforcement to Collibra's enterprise AI control plane. Trail ML supports the EU AI Act, ISO 42001 and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
