Rakuten Mobile builds AI automation on its O-RAN foundation

Rakuten Mobile is leveraging its software-defined O-RAN architecture to move toward AI-native automation. The operator achieved TM Forum Level 4 autonomous validation for RAN energy efficiency with over 20% savings and is working with Intel to embed AI inference directly into the RAN stack.
