Docsy joins the Linux Foundation as AI agents become doc readers

Docsy, the Google-created documentation theme for Hugo, is moving to the Linux Foundation. Since v0.15.0 it generates Markdown copies and llms.txt indexes for AI agents, with agent-friendly documentation scores planned next.
