PwC: AI splits labor market into three groups as worker bargaining power falls
PwC surveyed nearly 50,000 workers across 48 countries and split jobs into three AI-impact categories: low exposure, professionalised and democratised. Twice as many workers say their bargaining power has fallen over three years as say it has risen, and only a third feel fairly paid.
