PwC: 36% of workers don't use AI, citing accuracy and lack of incentives

PwC's Global Workforce Hopes and Fears Survey of nearly 50,000 workers found that 4 in 10 use AI tools at work at least weekly, while 36% never use them. The top barriers are concerns about accuracy and quality (25% of all respondents, over 30% of frequent AI users) and a lack of opportunities to use AI (23%, rising to 34% among non-users).
