PwC: 19% of UK workers use AI daily, but workloads are growing

PwC research found 19% of UK workers now use AI every day at work, up from 15% a year earlier. However, 44% reported increased workloads and 45% said their jobs became more complex; AI use is far higher among managers (73%) than non-managers (35%).
