PwC: 'engine room' workers left behind in AI divide

PwC surveyed nearly 50,000 workers across 48 countries, sorting them into four groups by skills and AI use. Only 14% are 'front-runners' with scarce skills and strong AI abilities, while most employees still miss out on AI gains: just two in five have access to the learning resources they need.
