Engineer says Claude Code made his job "soul-sucking" as workers press enter 12 hours a day

An anonymous engineer posting as voxium on X said Claude Code now generates specs, tests, tickets and reports, leaving staff working 12-13 hours a day just pressing enter with no time to review code. The viral post drew reactions from Elon Musk and Chamath Palihapitiya.
