DeepSeek Harness v0.2.1-alpha.1 Adds Experimental Claude Code Mods Compatibility Layer

DeepSeek released DeepSeek Harness v0.2.1-alpha.1 with an experimental compatibility layer for Anthropic's Claude Code Mods. The layer verifies that the Mods API is largely a subset of Harness plugin capabilities; four mods from Anthropic's repository are not yet runnable.
