DeepSeek ships desktop preview of Harness as Electron app

Electron installers for DeepSeek Harness on Windows and macOS have appeared on download.deepseek.com from the 0.1.7-rc.1 line. The packages are not yet listed on DeepSeek's site or GitHub Releases, so this is a preview channel rather than a general-availability launch; no Linux build was reported.

• Windows x64 EXE and Mac arm64 DMG from the 0.1.7-rc.1 line, in-app updater shows 0.1.7-rc.2
• Apple notarization lists Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence, Bundle ID com.deepseek.dsh
• Desktop shell reuses the existing Web UI plus agent, session, tool and plugin runtimes
• Modes include Office & Creation and Code & Development, with Standard, PTC, Minimalist and Creation agent levels
