Tencent Open-Sources WeKnora With Official DeepSeek Harness Plugin

Tencent's WeChat team has open-sourced the WeKnora enterprise knowledge platform: a RAG stack, agent runtime, and self-updating Wiki. The Tencent/WeKnora repository has surpassed 25,000 stars on GitHub, and the official plugin @wxg-prc-cpg/dsh-weknora adds four knowledge base search tools to DeepSeek Harness.
