AWS drops non-disclosure agreements for data center projects
AWS has stopped using nondisclosure agreements with government agencies on its data center projects. CEO Matt Garman announced the change in a blog post, alongside a further $1 billion for the Built Together community program and a pledge to cover utility infrastructure upgrade costs. The move follows Microsoft's similar decision and a congressional probe by Rep. Jamie Raskin into Amazon, Google, Meta and Oracle.
