Amazon to buy two Hong Kong data centers for $278M

Amazon Data Services Hong Kong is acquiring iTech Tower 3.1 and 3.2 in Fanling from Grand Ming Group. The deal is worth at least HK$2.18bn ($277.88m) and up to HK$2.445bn ($311.66m), with closing expected in February 2027.
