JSR completes South Korean EUV materials plant in Cheongju

JSR Micro Korea, the local subsidiary of Japan's JSR, finished construction of a semiconductor materials plant on September 30 in the Ochang Foreign Investment Zone in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province. The facility will localize production of next-generation EUV photoresists.
