HMRC awards Salesforce up to £2.4B CRM contract for taxpayers

UK tax authority HMRC picked Salesforce to supply a SaaS CRM platform for at least ten years, with extensions possible to 2041. The deal is worth up to £2.4 billion including VAT, beating Pegasystems in the final round.
