Salesforce unveils AIforce and Koa CRM model built on NVIDIA Nemotron at Dreamforce

At Dreamforce 2026 Salesforce introduced AIforce, an interface layer that lets users access Salesforce data and workflows through Claude, Slack and other conversational AI tools while preserving permissions and governance. It also announced Koa, a CRM reasoning model built on NVIDIA Nemotron and trained on proprietary synthetic CRM data, running inside Salesforce infrastructure.
