IBM study: 71% of CHROs see AI oversight as top skill

IBM Institute for Business Value surveyed 1,500 CHROs and 8,800 employees: 71% of CHROs call supervising and overriding AI outputs the most essential skill, while only 29% of employees rank judgment as important. 80% of CHROs report "invisible" work, and 43% of employees say they are blamed when AI fails.
