NineDot opens 20 MW battery site in the Bronx

NineDot has opened a battery energy storage system in Hunts Point, the Bronx, delivering nearly 20 MW to about 20,000 homes during peak grid hours. Full operation is expected by next summer; the company runs 11 projects totaling 39 MW with a pipeline above 1 GW.
