Geely teases 2.2MW EV charging that fills a battery in 4 minutes

Geely Group has teased a next-generation charging system on Weibo with a peak output of 2.2MW, claiming a full charging session in around four minutes. The first model to use it will reportedly be the Geely Galaxy E5, an 800V electric SUV with Aegis Short Blade batteries of 61.52kWh and 70.01kWh offering 550km and 635km CLTC range.
