Valen creator Evan Ovadia links Rust and new language via cross-language generics

Evan Ovadia, a Mojo core contributor, has demonstrated bidirectional generics between Rust and his new language Valen, bypassing the C ABI. The approach embeds rustc as a library and patches it with roughly 100 lines of code to hand control to the Valen compiler.
