NANO Nuclear to power AI and defense systems with microreactors

NANO Nuclear Energy, IP3 Corporation and Cybernetic Intelligence signed a non-binding letter of intent to explore using advanced reactors to power AI, defense and high-demand computing systems in the US and select international markets. NANO Nuclear will act as preferred nuclear technology provider, with a pilot project to be chosen later based on readiness and strategic priority.

• The agreement is non-binding; no reactors or sites have been selected yet
• NANO Nuclear would supply its KRONOS MMR, ZEUS and LOKI MMR systems
• Cybernetic Intelligence covers secure computing and sovereign AI infrastructure
• Any pilot would need a separate agreement with scope, timeline and terms
