EU delays Tesla Full Self-Driving vote to December at the earliest

The EU will not vote on Tesla's Full Self-Driving (Supervised) on October 6; the TCMV agenda lists only a 25-minute discussion of the Dutch request for EU-wide approval. The committee next meets in December. Approval needs 15 of 27 member states representing 65% of the EU population, but only seven countries have recognized the Dutch authorization so far.
