Most Teslas in Korea Cannot Use Self-Driving Function: Why?

An analysis by Carisyou Data Lab found that of 229,311 Teslas in South Korea, only 47,458 (20.7%) have FSD available. The reason is that Chinese-built models do not pass Korean certification, while US-made cars benefit from a free trade agreement exemption.
