Intel expects 14A to be 'within 5%' the performance of TSMC's A14

Intel Foundry chief Naga Chandrasekaran told KeyBanc that the 14A (1.4nm-class) process will be 'within 5%' of TSMC's A14 in performance. Intel's published figures claim 14A delivers 15–20% over 18A, while TSMC's A14 offers 10–15% over N2.
