TSMC Said to Start Pilot Production of 1.4nm (A14) Chips

TSMC has reportedly begun pilot production of its 1.4nm A14 process at sites in Hsinchu and the Central Taiwan Science Park's Fab 25. Volume production is expected in 2028, with the node promising 10–15% higher speed or 25–30% lower power versus 2nm.
