Amazon, Apple, Nvidia, Microsoft reportedly evaluating Intel's 14A node
Piper Sandler says nearly all major US chip players — Amazon, Apple, AMD, Google, Tesla, Microsoft, Nvidia and Qualcomm — are evaluating Intel's upcoming 14A process. Drivers include better-than-expected technical data, TSMC capacity sold out through 2028 and onshoring pressure. Intel must convert these into anchor customer wins by late 2026–early 2027 ahead of a 2028 ramp.
