T-Mobile deploys AI AutoPilot for 5G network resilience

T-Mobile US expanded its use of AI to handle network outages and sudden traffic shifts, rolling out AutoPilot and taking its Dynamic CX platform nationwide. Tests showed AutoPilot makes real-time adjustments in about half the time of its previous automated process, with nationwide availability expected by year-end.
