eBay bans airbag sales starting September 24, 2026

eBay will prohibit any seller from listing or selling airbags and airbag inflators starting September 24, 2026. The move follows safety concerns over counterfeit and faulty parts; NHTSA linked substandard Chinese inflators to 10 deaths and two serious injuries over three years.
