Cyera raises $400M, Everpure joins S&P 500, Netlist files ITC case against Micron
Cyera extended its Series G by $400 million from Goldman Sachs Alternatives to build a unified access-governance platform for humans, machines and AI agents. Everpure entered the S&P 500 at number 282 and guided to $7.15 billion in fiscal 2028 revenue. Netlist asked the ITC to investigate Micron, Supermicro, HPE and Lenovo over four DDR5 RDIMM and MRDIMM patents.
