Dolphin Emulator brings NetPlay to Android with cross-platform play

Dolphin Emulator added NetPlay support on Android in build 2609, enabling online multiplayer for GameCube and Wii titles across devices on different operating systems. Sync relies on single-core CPU emulation and requires a stable Ethernet or Wi-Fi connection.
